Affiliate Program Terms of Service

This document (“Terms”) governs your use of the Software Product and participation in the TEST Affiliate Program. By accepting these Terms, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to them. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms unilaterally at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication.

  1. Core Definitions
  • Affiliate Account: Your personalized dashboard within the Software Product for managing your affiliate activities.
  • Affiliate (Webmaster): An individual (18+) or legal entity promoting Advertisers’ products online.
  • Advertiser: An individual (18+) or legal entity offering products/services for promotion via the Affiliate Network.
  • Offer: The specific terms, including restrictions and payment, for promoting an Advertiser’s product.
  • Targeted Action (Lead): A predefined user action (e.g., a sale, sign-up) that qualifies for a commission.
  • Traffic: Users directed to an Advertiser’s site through an Affiliate’s Advertising Materials.
  • Referral Link: A unique tracking link assigned to an Affiliate for campaign measurement.
  1. Joining the Affiliate Network

2.1. To register, provide accurate and complete information on our sign-up page.
2.2. You will create login credentials (email and password) for your Affiliate Account.
2.3. Finalizing registration requires:
* Email address verification.
* Contacting a program representative for full platform access.
2.4. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed your responsibility.
2.5. The Company reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

  1. Webmaster Rules & Responsibilities

3.1. As a Webmaster, you accept Offers from Advertisers and distribute their Advertising Materials online for commission.
3.2. You may create Advertising Materials, provided they comply with the Advertiser’s specifications.
3.3. You independently choose where to place ads, bearing full responsibility for the content and placement platforms.
3.4. You are prohibited from using deceptive practices (e.g., forced clicks, spam). You agree to indemnify the Company and Advertisers against any claims or losses resulting from your actions.

  1. How Cooperation Works

4.1. Advertisers post Offers with specific terms and commission rates for Targeted Actions.
4.2. You publish Advertising Materials containing your unique Referral Link.
4.3. A commission is earned when a user clicks your link and completes the Targeted Action.
4.4. All Leads are tracked and calculated by our system. Our statistics are considered definitive in case of discrepancies.
4.5. Payouts are issued to your internal account balance. Withdrawal requests are subject to the Network’s payment schedules and limits. This balance is not a deposit account and does not accrue interest.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Disrupt the Network’s operations (e.g., hacking, DDoS attacks, spreading malware).
  • Use fraudulent methods to generate Leads (e.g., cookie-stuffing, blackmail).
  • Register domains confusingly similar to Advertisers’ trademarks.
  • Violate any laws or the specific conditions of an Advertiser’s Offer.
  1. Termination

6.1. The Company may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, or providing false information, without liability.
6.2. You may close your account after settling all outstanding financial obligations to the Network.

  1. Data Protection

7.1. We collect and process your personal data for operational purposes.
7.2. By submitting your data, you consent to its processing.
7.3. We may disclose your information to authorities to investigate fraud or money laundering.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content and software within the Affiliate Network are protected by intellectual property rights owned by the Company or its licensors. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership of these assets.

The Software Product is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or the performance of third-party networks and services.
